Reel Time Fest is fanwork challenge, where films serve as the basis of fic, art, and audio-based fanworks.
Everybody loves a good flick. And if they don't, they're definitely missing out. From high octane thrillers to low budget indie films, to superhero extravaganzas, to romcoms, to coming-of-age movies, to Daniel LaRusso being the 'real' bully, to world cinema, to Skynet taking over the world - there is something out there for everyone.
If you've ever watched a movie and thought to yourself, 'this would make a great fic!' - this is the fest for you. Now is the chance to put your faves in your faves.
Reel Time Fest gives you an opportunity to select a film of your choosing and put a unique spin on it. You can take one element, use all elements, change things up, keep them the same (within reason) - the choice is yours. This challenge is designed to be low pressure and all about whatever you feel inspired to create. There are no deadlines, no drafts - all you need to do is write, draw and/or create something and post on the day of your choosing.

Signs ups: October 1st - November 5th
Posting period: January 1st - January 31st
Amnesty week: February 1st - February 8th
